Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting for Senior Project Controls professionals to support major infrastructure schemes across transport, energy and defence sectors. You will lead a Project Controls team, oversee cost, schedule, and risk functions, and drive continuous improvement across programme delivery.

You will apply robust EVM techniques, manage change control processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to resolve delays and optimize outcomes on complex projects within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in EVM and its application in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project controls management for complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Formal PM or project controls qualification or membership in a relevant body.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a Project Controls team; set objectives and review performance.
• Develop, monitor and assure the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
• Agree on progress measurement methodology with the contractor and ensure timely submission of actuals.
