Qualifications

• Experience in programme or project controls on major infrastructure programmes.
• Integrated programme controls, change and trend management, risk management, performance reporting.
• Strong ability to analyse and communicate complex performance data.
• Experience working in multi‑partner and supply‑chain environments.
• Experience in aviation, water, or energy sectors.
• We are recruiting for Project Controls professionals at multiple seniority levels.
• The final level will be determined during selection.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated programme controls across schedule, cost, risk, change, and reporting.
• Support governance and PMO service delivery.
• Contribute to risk and trend management reporting.
• Develop clear, timely performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and supply chain to align controls data.
• Assist continuous improvement of PMO controls practices.
