Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Principal Project Controller to strengthen the Project Controls team. You will be an integral member of the Integrated Project Team, driving quality controls and schedule integrity for projects and programmes.

In this role you will promote best practice in schedule management, support bid activities, and coordinate with partners while coaching the IPT and broader teams to optimise performance. Hybrid working is available in this UK-based position.

Qualifications

• Extensive project controls/planning experience across lifecycle.
• Expert use of Primavera P6 and/or SAP.
• Experience with AGILE methodologies is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Applying Schedule Risk Analysis techniques and risk mitigation.
• Commercial and financial acumen in project contexts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and integrity of Project Controls across projects/programmes.
• Drive schedule quality and best practices within IPT.
• Support bid-phase activities to transition schedules to execution.
• Manage partner/subcontractor schedules and risks.
• Conduct what-if analyses and drive decision making.
• Lead and coach others in the Project Controls function.
