Job summary

Leonardo in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal Project Controller to lead Project Controls for complex programmes. You will drive schedule quality, risk analysis and IPT collaboration across development through production stages.

Experience with Agile methods and ERP planning tools is essential, with a strong emphasis on coordinating cross-functional teams and managing subcontractor schedules.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive and demonstrable Project Controls/ Planning experience across project lifecycles.
• Experience applying Agile/project controls methodologies and governance.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, interdependencies and risk.
• Proven collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and integrity of Project Controls across projects using standard processes and governance.
• Provide guidance to the Integrated Project Team and drive schedule quality and risk analysis.
• Support bid phase activities to ensure best practices and execution transition.
• Manage partner/subcontractor schedules and identify interdependencies and risks.
• Apply Schedule Risk Analysis techniques and drive mitigation actions.
• Contribute to IPT and Business area reviews with Project Controls inputs.
