Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Project Controller in Southampton to develop and maintain integrated plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and defence governance standards.

You will support programme governance, performance measurement, audit readiness and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) in secure environments, with a strong focus on cost baselines and earned value management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Primavera P6 scheduling aligned with contractual milestones.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience integrating schedule, cost and risk data.
• Experience in secure defence environments.
• Project controls within defence, aerospace, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6 aligned with milestones.
• Define integrated schedules, resource plans, and cost allocations.
• Establish WBS/OBS/RAM and control accounts for planning.
• Ensure schedule integrity and milestone alignment; conduct schedule risk analysis.
• Support governance reviews, IBRs, and client reporting; maintain PMB and risk logs.
