Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Project Controller to develop and maintain integrated plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk within secure defence environments. You will support governance, performance measurement, audits, and IBRs within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires Primavera P6 mastery, EVM experience, and the ability to integrate schedule, cost, and risk data across complex defence programmes. Hybrid working and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 aligned with contractual milestones.
• Experience in integrating schedule, cost and risk data.
• Experience in secure defence environments.
• Experience in defence, aerospace or regulated industries.
• Ability to support IBRs, governance reviews and client reporting.
• Advantageous: APMG Project Controls Applied Knowledge.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6 aligned with contractual milestones.
• Define integrated schedules, resource plans, and time-phased cost allocation.
• Establish and maintain WBS, OBS, RAM, control accounts, and planning structures.
• Ensure schedule integrity, critical path visibility, and milestone alignment.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recovery planning where required.
• Establish and maintain scope, schedule, and cost baselines for project controls.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance analysis (CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC).
• Monitor progress, resources, workload, and budget performance.
• Produce KPI reporting and support corrective actions to maintain programme delivery.
• Support bidding and early programme planning, including schedule and budget definition.
• Analyse contractual requirements and support risk management activities.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), governance reviews, and client reporting.
• Maintain programme control documentation including PMB, risk registers, and assumptions logs.
