Job summary

Leonardo UK seeks a Principal Project Controller to join the CS3 Project Controls team in Edinburgh. You will ensure high-quality project controls across projects, lead schedule quality improvements, and support bid-to-execution transitions within an IPT-driven environment.

The role requires extensive planning, governance skills, and cross-functional collaboration, with on-site days in Edinburgh and occasional travel to support IPT teams.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive and demonstrable Project Controls/Planning experience across projects of varying value and complexity.
• Expertise in planning tools and lifecycle phases: initiation, planning and execution.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the quality and integrity of Project Controls on Projects/Programmes through consistent processes and governance.
• Drive and promote optimal schedule quality and best practice techniques across the IPT.
• Provide Project Controls support during the bid phase to ensure risks are managed and schedules transition to execution.
