Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a senior specialist to lead data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting for complex infrastructure projects in the UK. The role focuses on delivering accurate performance insights across cost, schedule, risk, change, and quality within a Project Controls framework.

You will own end-to-end dashboard lifecycle, mentor junior staff, and establish governance standards to ensure consistent outputs and continuous improvement across programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Power BI data modelling and dashboard development.
• Proven background in project controls for large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management, cost/schedule/risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of data models and dashboards across cost, schedule and risk.
• Oversee end-to-end dashboard lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Establish reporting standards and governance for consistency.
• Engage stakeholders to translate information needs into robust reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in reporting.
