Job summary

ASC Connections is seeking a Programme Manager to own a major engineering and manufacturing programme from design through delivery, coordinating across Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Production and Quality.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage priorities, control budgets, monitor risk and KPIs, and act as the main customer contact to keep stakeholders informed and the programme on track against ambitious delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Previous Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager experience within engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality activities.
• Strong understanding of material availability, supplier lead times and manufacturing capacity.
• Confident managing several projects, customers, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness, customer management and senior stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex programmes within a stage-gate or similarly governed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the programme plan across design, validation, production readiness and delivery.
• Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality activities to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Monitor material availability, supplier lead times and production capacity, identifying and addressing risks to delivery.
• Act as a key customer contact, providing progress updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain programme budgets, actions, risks, KPIs and accurate RAG reporting.
• Coordinate external partners, subcontractors, and customer sites throughout the programme lifecycle.
