Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Senior Programme Manager with a strong Process Engineering background to lead major capital investment programmes in the UK. You will shape delivery across critical infrastructure projects and work with multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee risk, cost, schedule, governance, and performance, ensuring safe commissioning, process proving, and handover to operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Delivery teams to drive innovation and

Qualifications

Significant experience in Process Engineering within water, wastewater, utilities, infrastructure or industrial environments.
Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects or programmes.
Strong understanding of process design, optimisation, commissioning, and operations performance.

Responsibilities

Lead complex capital programmes and project portfolios.
Provide technical leadership across process engineering activities.
Manage programme risk, cost, schedule, governance and performance.
Ensure successful commissioning, process proving and operational handover.
Build strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Delivery partners.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Lead and develop high-performing project and engineering teams.
Champion safety, wellbeing and sustainability.
