Job summary

Expert Employment is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex engineering projects from bid stage through to delivery. You will manage customer-funded development programmes, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

This role requires a degree or HND in PM or Engineering, about five years of experience, strong planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering or technical projects from concept to completion.
• Proven budgeting, scheduling and risk-management skills.
• Experience bidding and delivering customer-funded programmes.
• APM qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from bid stage to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk management.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, forecasts and programme performance.
• Support bid preparation and project governance.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
