Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Programme Manager in Cambridge to own complex customer programmes from sales handover to closure. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering development, certification, production and design activities, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality targets.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and the ability to drive delivery across multiple functions within a hands-on leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programme management or project management experience within engineering.
• Proven experience leading complex programmes from initiation to closure.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programmes from sales handover to closure.
• Manage schedule, cost, quality and weight performance.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs and coordinate with customers, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and financial performance; report progress.
