Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Programme Manager to lead customer programmes from sales handover through to successful closure. You will own delivery against schedule, cost, quality and weight targets, while coordinating an Integrated Project Team with customers, OEMs and integrators.

The role requires 5+ years in programme/project management, experience managing complex aerospace projects, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in programme management, project management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex projects or programmes from initiation through to completion.
• Demonstrable experience managing programme budgets and financial performance.
• Strong customer, stakeholder and relationship management experience.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, changes, resources and deliverables.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.
• A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver customer programmes from sales handover to closure.
• Manage programme plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate internal gate reviews and documentation approvals.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Lead IPTs and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, certification, production and interfaces.
• Control scope, changes and budget through formal processes.
• Maintain programme risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and maintain gateway checklists and programme documentation.
• Monitor and report progress to customers and OEMs.
