Job summary

Owen Daniels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee a key strategic, long-term customer programme. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery to meet milestones, KPIs and contractual commitments.

You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial, monitor budgets and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex programmes or major customer contracts.
  • Strong commercial awareness including budget management and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience managing senior customer relationships and contractual requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation abilities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience maintaining programme plans and documentation, with proficiency in Excel/Project or equivalent planning tools.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced programme delivery professional looking to lead complex, high-value projects spanning more than 20 years? Our client is a specialist high-value, low-volume manufacturer delivering technically complex products and long-term customer programmes. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee a key strategic programme, ensuring delivery safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing programmes, senior customer relationships and cross-functional teams across planning, procurement, cost, quality and risk.

Job Description
