Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a varied portfolio of projects from £5k to £1m+. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating design, manufacturing and commercial teams, and own planning, risk, and documentation.

The role requires strong communication with customers and senior stakeholders, robust budgeting skills, and a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMI. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets.
• Formal Project Management qualification required, PRINCE2, PMI or similar advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating design, manufacturing and commercial teams.
• Planning and organising resources effectively.
• Monitoring progress, managing risk and implementing corrective actions.
• Controlling budgets and ensuring commercial performance.
• Producing and maintaining project documentation including plans, trackers and technical documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement across project management processes.
