SGN in the UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream change programmes. You will oversee the full lifecycle from business case through initiation to realisation, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, risks and stakeholders to drive timely, measurable benefits.

The role is based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with hybrid working and occasional travel to SGN offices across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing complex business change programmes in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of programme management methodologies (MSP, PMBOK, Agile) and tools (MS Project).

Responsabilités

• Full lifecycle ownership: lead planning, execution and delivery of medium-to-large programmes across the business.
• Develop and manage plans including scope, timeline, budget and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery across all workstreams.
