GSMA is seeking a Programme Manager to lead major programmes within the Project Services & Change team in London. You will provide programme leadership and ensure delivery across multiple GSMA business areas, aligning with governance and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of managing programmes or multiple adjacent projects.
• Experience managing significant project budgets and change control.
• Strong business case development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Ability to balance priorities and foster consensus.
• Clear, effective communication across audiences.
• Experience in international and cross-cultural environments.
• Commercial understanding of programme outcomes and P&L.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design and manage complex projects and programmes with strong planning and communication.
• Define structure and plan the project and programme approach, noting dependencies and constraints.
• Create project plans with timelines, structures and resources.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality as per plan and governance.
• Design stakeholder communication plans for multi-level audiences.
• Define governance and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address issues promptly.
• Develop change management plans with objectives and KPIs.
• Allocate resources to meet priorities and track benefits.
• Manage budgets, finances and procurement within GSMA processes.
• Plan and chair internal and external meetings.
• Support PMO in developing processes; lead teams and mentor.
