Job summary

The Senior Implementation and Engagement Officer will support delivery of the Perinatal Equity and Anti-Discrimination Programme (PEADP), commissioned by NHS England to address racism in perinatal services across England.

The role involves coordinating workstreams, engaging with participating Trusts, managing logistics, monitoring attendance and engagement data, and preparing programme documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to draft clear, inclusive communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Keep programme workstreams moving by coordinating actions, timelines, meetings and documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with participating Trusts and delivery partners, providing updates and support.
• Coordinate arrangements with Trusts and colleagues, resolve routine issues and escalate risks early.
• Turn attendance and engagement data into insights to strengthen delivery and impact.
• Use events management software and digital tools to support timely communications and participant journeys.
• Create engaging, inclusive communications for updates, briefings, newsletters, website copy and social media.
