Job summary

Solent University invites applications for a Senior Business Partner, Equality, Engagement and Wellbeing. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery of organisational development programmes across schools and Professional Services, aligned with business needs while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will need CIPD Level 5, a degree or equivalent experience, and strong skills in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and data interpretation, with knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating OD initiatives and delivering at pace.
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of organisational development programmes across all schools and Professional Services.
• Horizon scan for future OD requirements and inform P&D team.
• Support actions from staff surveys to drive culture change and People & Culture strategy.
• Provide guidance on OD, equality, diversity, wellbeing and related services.
• Assist with producing reports and training/compliance data.
