Job summary

NHS Race and Health Observatory in England is hiring a Senior Implementation and Engagement Officer to coordinate workstreams, manage actions and documentation, and support NHS Trusts across England. The role supports engagement and communications, ensuring accessible participant experiences and data-informed delivery.

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Keep key programme workstreams moving at pace by coordinating actions, timelines, meetings and high-quality programme documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with participating Trusts, providing clear updates and responsive support.
• Coordinate arrangements with Trusts and partners, resolving routine issues and elevating risks early.
• Turn attendance, engagement and activity data into useful insights for programme delivery and impact.
• Use events management software and digital tools to support smooth coordination and communications.
• Create engaging, inclusive and culturally responsive communications for stakeholders.
