Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Programme Advisory professional to support world-renowned clients on major capital projects. The role focuses on project controls, PMO setup, and performance reporting, delivering tangible outcomes.

You will lead client workshops, work with multi-disciplinary teams on-site and virtually, and deploy digital tools to enable data-driven decisions. Defence sector experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls.
• Experience with PMO/controls and performance reporting.
• Experience on major capital projects in infrastructure or defence sectors.
• Familiarity with digital solutions and a single version of the truth.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficient with Office 365, Visio, Miro and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of client environment and tailor solutions to deliver benefits.
• Lead findings and recommendations reports across engagement stages.
• Lead workshops in virtual and face-to-face client settings.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and remotely.
• Deploy methodologies and tailor tools to client needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and client commissions.
• Drive transformation product development within Programme Advisory.
• Lead bids and proposals with Senior Management.
• Engage in marketing campaigns where appropriate.
• Provide line management of direct reports as needed.
