Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Programme Advisory professional to support world-renowned clients in Birmingham. You will focus on project controls, major programme management and delivering tangible outcomes.

The role requires collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and the drive to implement tailored solutions for complex projects. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project controls within the defence/infrastructure sectors, with strong data analysis, reporting and stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Experience in project controls across major capital projects/programmes.
  • Familiarity with PMO, controls & performance environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels (C-suite).
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessment of client environment and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Define findings and recommendations reports across engagement stages.
  • Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams at client sites or remotely.
  • Deploy and tailor methodologies, processes, tools and systems.
