Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for a Programme Advisory professional to support world-renowned clients across complex projects. You will lead project controls activities, shape governance, and drive delivery improvements within multi-disciplinary teams.

You will develop solutions, run workshops, and contribute to bids while leveraging modern tools and data to provide actionable insights for senior client leadership across defence, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

Defence sector experience required.
3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls with PMO/controls & performance exposure.
Experience on major capital projects/programmes in infrastructure sectors.
Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments in capital delivery.
Experience writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite teams.
Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams, Primavera/PRISM/Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead client environment assessment and tailor solutions.
Document findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings.
Work with diverse multi-disciplinary teams on client sites or virtually.
Deploy established methodologies and tailor them to client needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and independent client work.
Drive activities within the Programme Advisory team including product development and bids.
Engage in marketing and social media campaigns.
Provide line management for direct reports.
