Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior/Principal Consultant level professionals to join our Programme Advisory team in the UK. You will lead or support sponsorship roles for major infrastructure and capital delivery projects, guiding strategic direction and governance across complex stakeholder landscapes.

The role emphasizes delivering benefits through commercial rigor and integrated governance. You will collaborate with clients to secure funding, develop business cases, and realise investment

Qualifications

• Experience in Sponsorship roles for large-scale infrastructure or capital delivery projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and bid processes.
• Experience developing strategic direction and accountability for major projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, business case development and benefits mapping.
• Strong commercial acumen with financial ownership and investment planning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Occupying client or service roles involving Sponsorship and/or Strategic Requirements
• Managing client relationships
• Identifying and realising business development opportunities
• Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids
• Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies.
