Qualifications

• Experience with PMO/controls and performance reporting on major capital projects.
• Defence sector experience is desirable.
• Ability to write reports and present findings clearly.
• Proficient with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams, Primavera, PRISM and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead client environment assessment and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Analyse findings and prepare recommendations reports.
• Lead workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and remotely.
• Drive business development activities and bids with senior management.
• Mentor direct reports and contribute to internal initiatives.
