Job summary

QBE Insurance Group in London or Leeds is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Claims Cloud Transformation programme. You will oversee end-to-end delivery over a 5+ year horizon, coordinating business, technology and suppliers across the UK and Europe to migrate claims operations to a new cloud platform.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills, with experience in large-scale platform migrations and regulated

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and migration programmes.
• Experience in insurance or highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, multiple suppliers and complex delivery.
• Excellent planning, governance and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap and delivery strategy.
• Manage multiple workstreams across technology, data, migration, testing and readiness.
• Establish programme governance, reporting, controls and decision processes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate suppliers and senior stakeholders across business, tech and operations.
• Produce executive updates, papers and recommendations.
• Oversee migration of UK/Europe Claims operations to the new platform.
• Track benefits and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
