Job summary

QBE Europe is recruiting an experienced Program Manager to lead a significant multi-year Claims Transformation Programme. The role will oversee delivery of the Claims Cloud Transformation across the UK and Europe, modernising the claims ecosystem and enabling cloud-enabled capabilities.

The role reports to the Head of Change Delivery, Claims & Operations and requires exceptional leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a complex delivery landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven multi-year programme delivery across regions.
• Strong governance, planning and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap and delivery approach.
• Lead end-to-end programme and delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Establish governance, controls and decision forums per transformation framework.
• Ensure alignment with business, technology and enterprise architecture.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across suppliers and delivery teams.
• Lead risk, dependencies and performance management.
