Summary:

Delinea is seeking an experienced Identity Management consultant to join their Professional Services Team. Applicants should be well versed in and passionate about Identity Management, Cyber Security, and Identity Security, capable of managing fast-paced technology projects in global and complex environments. Our consultants must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure. As a key member of the customer-facing Professional Services team, consultants work closely with sales teams to ensure successful implementation of Delinea products. They play an instrumental role in the company's and customers' success, aiming to deploy products using best practices with minimal disruption.

This position is remote, with occasional travel to conferences and headquarters, reporting to a Professional Services Delivery Manager.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead customers through software implementation solutions leveraging Delinea’s delivery methodology.
2. Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
3. Configure and customize Delinea product solutions according to customer Privilege Identity and Privilege Access requirements.
4. Become the subject matter expert of the Delinea software product line.
5. Build and maintain client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
6. Collaborate with the integration team to scope, gather requirements, design, and implement Privilege Identity and Privilege Access solutions.
7. Work efficiently with internal cross-functional teams.
8. Produce architectural and configuration plans, scripts, and documentation.
9. Prioritize and manage work independently to achieve customer success.
10. Collaborate with Solutions Architect Leads and Professional Services Managers.
11. Interact directly with technical contacts and management levels, including executives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or similar, or equivalent field experience.
• Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux administration.
• Experience with Cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Knowledge of MFA providers/technologies like Azure MFA, RSA/SecureID, Ping, OATH, OTPs.
• Understanding of software, network infrastructure, security fundamentals, and Privilege Access Management (PAM).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to stay current with technology trends.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Delinea products like Secret Server or Privilege Manager.
• Experience with PAM tools like CyberArk, Beyond Trust, HashiCorp, Okta.
• Windows endpoint management experience.
• Scripting skills, especially PowerShell.
• Experience with MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
• RabbitMQ experience.
