We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Professional Services Manager to lead our Professional Services Department. This leadership role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with client needs and contributing to the company's success. The Senior Manager will oversee teams and senior staff, develop strategic goals, enhance client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage resources and budgets across projects. The role also focuses on risk management, mentoring managers, driving service innovation, and representing the department in senior management meetings.

Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage multiple teams and senior staff. Mentor and coach managers to foster a high-performing environment.
  2. Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives. Drive improvement and innovation within the professional services function.
  3. Client and Business Management: Manage client relationships at senior levels to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Represent the department in senior management meetings and events.
  4. Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budgets across projects. Ensure efficient use of resources to meet project and financial targets.
  5. Risk Management: Manage risks and issues across the department to minimize impacts.
