Heckfield Place in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Production Chef to work with the Culinary Director and Head of Culinary Training to develop a range of products from Heckfield Home Farm and the Estate.

You will create seasonal baked goods, lead the bread program, and ensure quality and sustainability across production, while supporting guest experiences and farm events with a strong focus on the Heckfield brand ethos.

Qualificações

• Experience in production or pastry kitchen.
• Produce-led or farm-to-table background preferred.
• Creativity to develop new products beyond recipes.
• Comfort with preserves, ferments, jams and related techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Produce all seasonal baked goods, including sourdough, with proper labelling and packaging.
• Lead the development and growth of baked goods and bread offerings aligned with estate ethos.
• Streamline and improve production methods for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Uphold food safety standards following policy and legislation.
• Support guest experiences and hospitality events on the estate.
• Champion Heckfield brand ethos across the production team.
