Heckfield Place is seeking a Senior Production Chef to collaborate with the Culinary Director and Head of Culinary Training on creating products from Heckfield Home Farm and Estate for our businesses.

You will lead the baked goods program, focusing on seasonal breads, including sourdough, while ensuring quality, cost control, and food safety across operations. This role suits a creative, collaborative professional with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a production or pastry kitchen, ideally farm-to-table operation.
• Creativity to develop new products, not only follow recipes.
• Organised and methodical: production planning, yields, stock rotation and costings.
• Open to learning new styles and techniques in a seasonal setup.

Aufgaben

• Produce all seasonal baked goods, including sourdough, with proper labelling and packaging.
• Lead development and growth of baked goods and bread offerings.
• Streamline production methods to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Uphold food safety according to the policy and current legislation.
• Support food-related guest experiences throughout the year.
• Assist with hospitality events on Heckfield Home Farm.
• Champion the Heckfield brand ethos and working culture.
