Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for DevOps and DevCMO Performance to lead the vision and delivery of digital products that boost operational performance across development and manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Development Operations, DevCMO, and Technology leaders to translate complex challenges into clear, impactful solutions, guiding agile teams from concept to adoption in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or product management.
Significant experience in product ownership/management with end-to-end lifecycle delivery.
Experience leading agile delivery teams and prioritizing backlogs.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational tools.
Translate priorities into a clear backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Development Operations, DevCMO, and Technology.
Deliver dashboards and tools enabling actionable insights and better decisions at scale.
