Job summary

GSK in London is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Content Generation and Collaboration to lead digital products enabling structured, collaborative, and AI-assisted authoring of regulatory content across Medical Writing, Regulatory, Safety, CMC, Clinical and Publications. The role is hybrid in London, UK.

You will co-create the product vision with business stakeholders and own the roadmap, prioritising with structured methods.

Qualifications

• Co-create product vision and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own objectives and key results with test-driven ideas.
• Backlog ownership with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in pharma R&D or regulatory affairs.
• Proven end-to-end delivery with pilots or value proofs.

Responsibilities

• Lead as technology partner, balancing trade-offs with architects/engineers.
• Work AI-first to accelerate discovery, drafting, and analysis for backlog decisions.
• Own milestones, budget, roadmap and quality; validate value early through pilots.
• Build quality/compliance into delivery: ALCOA+, GxP, privacy and governance.
• Mentor colleagues across Medical Writing, Regulatory, Safety, CMC, Clinical and Publications.
