GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Content Generation & Collaboration to lead digital products enabling structured, collaborative authoring of regulatory and scientific content. You’ll translate user needs into requirements, prioritise the backlog and own the roadmap, partnering with Medical Writing, Regulatory, Safety, CMC, Clinical and Publications teams.

You will drive AI-assisted drafting, govern data and compliance, and manage delivery across development, validation and production,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, technical or related discipline.
Significant experience in digital product management or product ownership.
Hands-on product management including backlog ownership and writing clear user stories.
Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development or regulatory affairs.
Proven end-to-end delivery ownership with value validation.

Responsabilités

Co-create product vision and roadmap with stakeholders and define value metrics.
Translate complex needs into clear requirements and prioritised backlog.
Lead end-to-end delivery, including milestones, budget and quality.
Collaborate with architects and engineers on trade-offs and technical decisions.
Mentor other Product Owners and promote responsible AI-driven approaches.
