Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Content Generation & Collaboration to lead digital products enabling structured, collaborative, and AI-assisted authoring across clinical, regulatory, safety, CMC, and publications. You will translate complex needs into clear requirements, prioritise backlogs, and own the value case and roadmap.

You will mentor other Product Owners and uphold GSK's values in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management for a complex workstream.
• Pharma R&D or regulatory affairs experience with regulatory content.
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery for digital products.
• Clear writing of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the product vision and roadmap for content generation and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate complex user needs into requirements and backlog.
• Drive structured content capabilities and component reuse.
• Lead as technology partner with architects and engineers, managing dependencies and non-functional requirements.
• Work AI-first to accelerate discovery, drafting and decision making.
• Own end-to-end delivery including milestones, budget, and quality.
• Embed data integrity, ALCOA+, GxP, privacy and AI governance into delivery.
• Mentor other Product Owners and collaborate across functions.
• Manage technology suppliers and delivery partners to support the roadmap.
