Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for DevOps and DevCMO Performance to lead the vision and delivery of digital products that enhance operational insights across Development Operations and DevCMO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into a clear backlog and deliver impactful dashboards that guide decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or product management.
Significant experience in product ownership or product management, with proven ability to manage a product lifecycle from concept to adoption.
Demonstrated leadership of agile delivery teams, acting as the voice of the customer and managing prioritized backlogs.
Experience with data, analytics, or reporting solutions and translating these into clear product decisions.
Experience delivering products in regulated environments with understanding of quality, validation, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational intelligence tools across Development Operations and DevCMO, balancing short- and long-term goals.
Translate business and operational priorities into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead agile delivery teams involving engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable outcomes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Development Operations, DevCMO, Technology, and senior leadership, aligning priorities around a shared product direction.
Deliver intuitive dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights, enhance operational predictability, and support better decision-making.
Use data, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve products and validate their impact, embedding robust governance, quality, and compliance in line with regulated environments.
