Job summary

GSK is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Supply Chain Digital & Tech, a senior role responsible for translating strategy into execution, owning the operating model, and leading the PMO that coordinates programs, products and transformation initiatives across the function.

The role partners with senior leaders across Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Procurement, and external partners to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain or related area.
• Experience within Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management methodologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital, technology, or supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of resource planning, global sourcing strategies, and external workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead annual strategic planning, operating planning, and business reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance for portfolio health.
• Lead the team in using AI tools to improve productivity and ensure responsible use.
• Coordinate operational activities across product lines, regions and partner teams.
