Job summary

Riverlane in Cambridge seeks a Product Manager for Deltakit to own the product strategy and roadmap, working with engineering, research, and business teams to define priorities and drive value in quantum computing.

You will engage with the community, shape the product narrative, and help launches succeed—balancing bold, long-term vision with deliverable milestones in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B product role with ownership of direction and prioritisation.
• Experience in a deep tech environment with complex challenges.
• Degree in engineering or science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to understand product capabilities and real-world usage.
• Ability to navigate trade-offs balancing user value with feasibility.
• High emotional intelligence with active listening, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excitement for building a product in a new space within technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users, partners and open-source community to gather insight and feedback.
• Analyse product usage and broader ecosystem to inform priorities.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritise features to drive developer adoption and engagement.
• Align cross-functional teams and guide product and technical trade-offs.
• Support launches, user engagement and go-to-market activities.
• Develop product collateral and ensure strong documentation and onboarding experiences.
• Monitor delivery progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Drive community engagement and identify opportunities for growth and new use cases.
