Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a senior product leader to own the recommendations platform, including home page ranking and personalised suggestions. You will partner with data science and engineering to translate ML capabilities into product outcomes, drive experimentation, and shape a scalable roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

You will influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering and commercial, delivering measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading data‑driven product development at scale in ranking/recommendations.
Strong fluency with ML/data science product development and collaboration with engineers.
Proven ability to drive experimentation and measurement strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-horizon roadmap for recommendations.
Drive understanding of user behavior at scale with quantitative and qualitative insights.
Partner with data science and engineering to shape algorithmic approaches and architecture.
Lead product discovery, set user research standards, and size opportunities.
Own KPI framework, north star metrics, targets, and accountability across teams.
Design and govern A/B testing and experimentation strategy and learnings.
Drive prioritisation and investment decisions across a complex backlog.
