Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a senior leader to build customer-facing recommendation and ranking algorithms within the Customer department. The role focuses on our home page recommendations and requires collaboration with engineering and data science on ML challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy and multi-horizon roadmap for recommendation systems.
• Drive deep understanding of user behavior at scale through quantitative analysis and experiments.
• Partner with data science and engineering leadership to shape algorithmic approaches and architecture.
• Lead and scale product discovery practices, setting standards for user research and opportunity sizing.
• Own the KPI framework for recommendations, defining north star metrics and targets.
• Design and govern the A/B testing and experimentation strategy across the portfolio.
• Drive prioritisation and investment decisions across a complex backlog and align senior leadership.
