Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a senior leader to build customer-facing recommendation algorithms within the Customer department. The role focuses on homepage ranking and personalization, partnering with data science and engineering to translate ML capabilities into product outcomes, and defining a long-term vision and roadmap.

You will drive experimentation, KPI framework, and cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable customer impact.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-horizon roadmap for recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior at scale to identify improvements via data analysis and experiments.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to shape ML approaches and translate capabilities into product outcomes.
• Lead product discovery and establish standards for research and opportunity sizing.
• Own KPI framework for recommendations, define north stars and targets.
• Design and govern A/B testing and experimentation standards.
• Drive prioritisation and investment decisions across backlog, aligning leadership around the roadmap.
• Experience in ranking/recommendations/personalisation in high-traffic consumer products.
• Strong ML/data science fluency to guide algorithms with senior data scientists.
• Proven track record building experimentation and measurement frameworks.
• Influence across matrixed orgs to align engineering, analytics, commercial and leadership.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies with quantitative rigor.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in agile and data-science workflows.
