A leading AdTech company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for their performance stack. This role involves defining bidding logic, ensuring performance measurement, and translating complex issues into clear product requirements. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Performance AdTech, strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in data-intensive environments. Join an innovative team committed to optimizing advertising performance and enjoy a remote-first work culture with competitive benefits.
The Vibe team is a passionate, competitive bunch focused on one thing: allowing any marketer, any brand, of any size, to advertise on TV in under 5 minutes. We think fast, act fast, grow fast so advertisers can safely and precisely reach TV audiences, the largest digital audience in the US.
Vibe achieved profitability just 18 months post launch, growing revenue by 30+% every quarter since 2022, and we’re already well on our way to reaching our 2025 goal of becoming the #1 TV Ad Platform.
Join us!
You will join the Performance team, which sits at the core of Vibe’s value creation engine.
The team is responsible for the systems that determine how budgets are spent, how bids are placed, and how performance is measured and optimised in a real-time bidding environment.
Working closely with Engineering, Data Science and commercial stakeholders, the Performance team builds and operates data-intensive, low-latency systems that directly impact advertiser ROI and platform growth.
Reporting to the VP of Product, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Vibe’s performance stack, including bidding infrastructure and performance measurement.
Your role is to ensure that algorithmic bidding decisions and measurement frameworks translate into measurable, causal performance improvements for advertisers, while respecting the real-world constraints of RTB systems.
This is a senior, highly technical product role, operating at the intersection of product, data and engineering.
Bidding logic & optimisation
Define and evolve bidding logic across pricing, pacing and inventory selection within the OpenRTB framework
Own the roadmap for algorithmic bidding strategies balancing competing constraints (e.g. budget delivery, CPA / ROAS targets)
Collaborate closely with Data Science to iterate on prediction models and optimisation strategies
Design and refine bid shading mechanisms to reduce clearing prices while maintaining win rates
Attribution & performance measurement
Own integrations with measurement partners and tracking systems (e.g. MMPs, web pixels) to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Design and ship incrementality frameworks (geo-lift, holdout groups, ghost ads) to measure causal impact beyond last-click attribution
Define product requirements for performance reporting and dashboards, serving both technical and non-technical users
Execution, analytics & delivery
Translate complex performance problems into clear, actionable product requirements
Write detailed specifications for backend engineers, including latency constraints, QPS handling and signal processing
Use SQL and log-level data to investigate issues, validate hypotheses and size opportunities
Drive prioritisation based on impact, feasibility and measurable outcomes
5+ years of experience in Product Management within Performance AdTech (DSP, SSP, measurement or optimisation platforms)
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB and auction mechanics (first-price vs. second-price)
Strong experience working with performance-based KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPI)
Solid statistical literacy, including experimental design, A/B testing, confidence intervals and significance
Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience using SQL and data exploration tools
Comfortable operating in highly technical, data‑intensive environments
Comfortable working in a remote‑first environment
Perfect fluency in English
Ownership of a strategic and revenue‑critical product domain
Direct impact on how advertiser performance is optimised and measured
Work on complex, real‑time systems combining product, data science and engineering
High autonomy and influence within the product organisation
Opportunity to shape Vibe’s long‑term performance and measurement strategy
Very competitive compensation (salary and stock‑options/BSPCE)
Remote‑first (in France or elsewhere) with the option to work on‑site in an ultra‑cozy coworking space in the heart of Paris (Morning Laffitte)
Health insurance (Alan)
Meal vouchers (Swile)
Two annual offsites
Guaranteed childcare placement
