This critical role will enable the BBC to increase consumption of its digital product and services by delivering MarTech capabilities through a newly acquired Customer Data Platform (CDP).
The role will enable the BBC to get value from the CDP in its paid, owned and CRM channels. The person will strategically define the marketing & media use cases within the CDP, shape the product roadmap and technically manage the successful adoption of the CDP within the BBC’s MarTech stack.
You will have technical experience working with CDPs (preferably mParticle) and a good understanding of the paid, owned and CRM opportunities. You also have experience influencing and persuading marketing, product and data stakeholders to see your ideas and make them happen.
This person will be responsible for designing and collaborating with teams of technical data engineers and architects to enable the foundational components of our mParticle CDP. The ideal candidate has an established track record of managing a CDP.
The role will apply this data infrastructure to enable campaign creation, orchestration and activation across the BBC’s owned, CRM and paid media channels.
