About the role
You will need expertise in building crypto wallets, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through product lifecycle stages. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products in crypto-wallets. This is an excellent chance for experienced professionals to influence impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements; evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
5. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback.

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a technical role. Past experience in crypto wallets with DeFi features. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills for remote work. Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
