The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead a team within Prolific's Product, Research, and Design Group, responsible for the core data collector experience. You will report to the Product Lead for the Data Collector Product Group and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes.

Domain Expertise

Experience in building or supporting AI systems, with the ability to synthesize complex business systems and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a stream-aligned team, accountable for its outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Simplify complex problems and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology product management, working closely with engineers and designers.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C software needs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD, and growth strategies.
• Strong data literacy and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and accountability.

Preferred

• Experience in startups or scale-ups.
• AI/ML development experience.
• Contributions to the Product community.
