Fin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Messenger channel and shape the future of AI-powered customer engagement. You will guide a world-class team of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver products that touch millions daily.

You will own roadmaps, frame customer problems with data, collaborate across teams, and apply AI to speed delivery while maintaining quality and strong GTM execution. This role is hybrid in London and offers significant impact.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience; focus on impact, drive and potential.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex customer problems using data and qualitative inputs.
• Define and communicate roadmaps to generate alignment with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship effective AI-powered solutions.
• Comfort engaging with APIs, SaaS infra and architectural considerations.
• Own and measure outcomes; track customer and business impact of your area.
• Lead with ownership, influence and clear communication.
