Fin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Messenger channel, shaping AI-powered customer engagement for millions of users. You will work with engineers, designers, and researchers to define roadmaps, frame customer problems with data, and ship high-impact features.

You will leverage AI to accelerate delivery, measure outcomes, and ensure releases meet world-class quality. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with ability to frame problems using data and qualitative inputs.
• Ability to define and communicate roadmaps, prioritise features and align stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across engineering, design and research teams.
• Experience with AI systems, LLMs, and modern tech stacks to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be the Product Manager for the Messenger channel and drive its strategy.
• Deeply understand customer problems through research and data, then frame them for the team.
• Manage the roadmap: decide what to build, when and why, and align across teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency and impact while measuring outcomes.
• Maintain high quality and ensure releases meet world-class standards.
• Work with GTM teams to ensure clear strategy and execution.
