Menlo Security is building MARS for Agents, our product line for securing autonomous and hybrid AI agents. This is a category still being defined — standards, architecture patterns, and competitive positioning are all forming in real time, with competitors ranging from established network security vendors to a wave of new agent-security startups.

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a significant, technically complex area within MARS for

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of product management or product owner experience in B2B SaaS or security software.
• Ability to write engineering-ready requirements and own a backlog end to end.
• Autonomy with strategic direction and agile environment.
• Solid cybersecurity background with IAM/proxy/gateway knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and MCP/tool-calling.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound product direction for MARS for Agents.
• Translate market input into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog grooming and cross-functional collaboration with engineering.
• Prototype and test requirements using AI tools and MCP clients.
• Enable the field with docs and enablement materials.
• Engage customers, sales, and marketing to gather requirements.
• Run competitive analysis and update roadmap accordingly.
