Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Enablement in London to lead a complex AI product area and drive the roadmap from concept to production. You will partner with engineers, data scientists and customer-facing teams to shape product strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires hands-on product management with a proven track record of shipping live AI agents and a strong ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.

• Be a hands-on Product Manager with shipped live AI agents experience.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate AI capabilities into product vision.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for leading and driving a complex product area; defining success, prioritizing problems and identifying the best strategies.
• Adapt and adjust strategies to reflect learnings and changes in context.
• Identify and drive consensus for prioritizing opportunities and realizing them in the product area.
• Critically evaluate when AI is the optimal solution, with tradeoffs, risks, and second-order effects.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions that create differentiated value.
• Develop AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work with a cross-functional team to define a product vision, roadmap and drive progress against goals and milestones.
