Job summary

Menlo Security is hiring an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to own a significant area within MARS for Agents. You will define strategy, translate market signals into engineering-ready requirements, and guide the full build cycle with a high-autonomy, agile team.

You will work with AI tools, drive backlog prioritization, and enable the field with documentation and training to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

6–10+ years in product management or product ownership, preferably in B2B SaaS or security software.
Ability to write engineering-ready requirements (PRDs, user stories) and own a backlog end to end.
Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities

Own inbound product direction for MARS for Agents and define roadmap priorities.
Translate market, customer, and competitive input into clear PRDs and acceptance criteria.
Groom and prioritize backlog across surfaces with engineering during full build cycles.
Prototype with AI tools and agent runtimes to ground requirements in actual behavior.
Enable the field with documentation and enablement for new capabilities.
Engage customers, sales, and marketing to gather requirements and support evaluations.
Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a clear point of view.
